*Hello everyone🙏🏻 This is just my personal opinion. I and 16 former doctors of ... Medical College went on a 15-day trip to China. In those 15 days, 10 cities were visited. Here I am only explaining the reasons of the developed country of China and the basic principles of its development as far as we observed. ( I do not want to discuss the relations between India and China )* 

*India has been a very advanced country in scientific, literary and  civilization for 5000 thousand years. It was praised by Huan Sang, from China before Christ. The knowledge obtained at that time at the Nagarjuna University and Takshasila was also praised.* 

* *This is history. China got independence in 1949, two years later than us.  Independence of any country comes only as a result of the sacrifice of millions of people.. Why in the present India, whether it is in the manufacturing sector, medical goods, microchips, kitchenware, furniture, interior design, Diwali crackers etc etc, we are buying several lakhs of containers of goods from China for anything.* 

*I request you to see the development in China  with a positive , optimistic, and constructive perspection .*

*There is no doubt that China has achieved development beyond our expectations in these 30 years.! The main reasons for that are.!*

*1. It has become the world leader in the manufacturing sector by using the information and technology sector very wonderfully.* 
*2. People in political and government jobs work without any financial corruption.* 
*3. In India, politicians and all those working in the government sector have become accustomed to excessive bribery.* 
*4. When a project is to be built, only 25-40 percent of it is used. The rest, as I said, goes to corruption.*
*5. In contrast, in China, money is being used completely for that intended project. 6. Roads, railway stations, offices, buildings, necessary facilities and amenities are very clean.* 
*7. There is minimal air pollution.*
*8. Roads are kept very clean. We do not even see garbage. No littering.*
*9. India has also achieved a lot of development in these 79 years. That is why even though it is the third highest GDP country in the world, we are very backward in terms of development.*
*10. The role of our Indians is very important in America, Europe and Australia. However, there, Indians are in the software sector and the medical sector. But the role of Indians in the manufacturing sector is very small.*  
*11. All countries of the world are getting permits & fast sanctions to start their businesses easily and without corruption, and human resources are available at low wages. so biomedical engineering equipment in the medical sector, from Apple Computers, is now being manufactured in China.*
*13. DIGNITY OF LABOUR:: No matter how much is said about this, it will be less. India needs to learn a lot in this regard. Since the government sector is getting a salary, the employees from top to bottom work with great commitment and discipline. That is why they are doing their work in the allotted time without fail.*
*14. Geographically, China is a three-fold larger country than India. The population may be one to five crore less than India. But every person is working for the development of the country with responsibility towards the country. If we bring such responsible concepts of working for the country in our country as well, we can also see more development than China. The current democratic government in India should change and the elected political leaders should work for the development of the people.*

*My India is very great.  Although India has natural resources, sea coasts, and human wealth, we still need to achieve a lot in development.,*
*15. There will be no theft, robbery, riots, criticizing one religion or saying bad things about another religion.*
*16. The corruption in the political and government sectors should be eliminated, and the people should not be given freebies during elections and the most important thing is to create a feeling that everyone should work hard and if they don't work, we have no value. This seems to be the main difference between our India and China.*

*17. This is just my opinion and what I have seen in just 15 days. (My opinion may be wrong)*

(ఎందుకంటే చైనా తో భారతదేశానికి ఉన్న సంబంధాలు చర్చించదలచుకోలేదు.)*

*1.ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ అండ్ టెక్నాలజీ రంగాన్ని చాలా అద్భుతంగా వాడుకొని వస్తువుల తయారీ రంగంలో ప్రపంచంలో అగ్రగామిగా నిలబడింది. 2. రాజకీయ మరియు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఉండే మనుషులు ఎవరూ ఆర్థికపరమైన అవినీతి(political & BEUEOCRATIC) లేకుండా పని చేస్తారు. 3.అదే భారతదేశంలో రాజకీయ నాయకులు మరియు అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ రంగంలో పనిచేస్తున్న వాళ్లు విపరీతమైన లంచాలకు  అలవాటు పడిపోయారు. 4. ఒక ప్రాజెక్టు కట్టాలి అంటే  అందులో కేవలం 25-40 శాతం మాత్రమే ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారు. మిగిలినది నేను చెప్పినట్టుగా అవినీతికి వెళ్ళిపోతుంది. 5.అలా కాకుండా చైనాలో డబ్బులు పూర్తిగా వినియోగంలోకి తెచ్చుకుంటున్నారు. 6. రోడ్లు, రైల్వే స్టేషన్లో లు,కార్యాలయాలు భవనాలు అవసరమైన వసతులు సౌకర్యాలు చాలా శుభ్రంగా ఉంటాయి. 7. వాతావరణ కాలుష్యము మచ్చుకైనా కనపడదు .8.రోడ్లు చాలా శుభ్రంగా ఉంచుతారు. మనకు చూడాలన్నా చెత్త కూడా కనపడదు. 9.భారతదేశంలో కూడా ఈ 79 సంవత్సరాలలో    చాలా అభివృద్ధిని సాధించింది. అందుకే ప్రపంచంలో ఇప్పుడు మూడవ అత్యంత ఎక్కువ GDP ఉన్న దేశం అయినప్పటికీ కూడా అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో మనం చాలా వెనుకబడి ఉన్నాం. 10. అమెరికా, యూరోప్, ఆస్ట్రేలియా దేశాల్లో మన భారతీయుల పాత్ర చాలా ముఖ్యమైనది. అయితే అక్కడ భారతీయులు  సాఫ్ట్వేర్ రంగము, వైద్య రంగంలోనే ఉంటున్నారు. కానీ వస్తు తయారీ రంగము భారతీయుల పాత్ర చాలా తక్కువ. 11. ప్రపంచంలోని అన్ని దేశాల వారిని వారి వారి వ్యాపార సంస్థలను ప్రారంభించడానికి అనుమతులు సులభంగా అవినీతి లేకుండా  మానవ వనరులను తక్కువ జీతంతోనే లభించడం వల్ల ఆపిల్ కంప్యూటర్స్ దగ్గర నుంచి వైద్య రంగంలోని బయో మెడికల్ ఇంజనీరింగ్ పరికరాలను కూడా చైనాలో ఇప్పుడు తయారవుతూ ఉన్నాయి.*
*13. DIGNITY OF LABOUR:: దీని గురించి ఎంత చెప్పినా తక్కువే అవుతుంది. ఈ విషయంలో భారతదేశం చాలా నేర్చుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. ప్రభుత్వ రంగమైన ప్రైవేటు రంగమైన జీతం తీసుకుంటున్నందుకు ఇక్కడ పైనుండి కింది వరకు ఉద్యోగస్థులు చాలా నిబద్ధతతో క్రమశిక్షణతో పని చేస్తారు. అందుకే వాళ్ళు  కేటాయించిన సమయంలో వాళ్ళ పనిని తూచా తప్పకుండా చేస్తూ ఉన్నారు. 14. భౌగోళికంగా భారతదేశం కన్నా చైనా మూడంతలు పెద్ద దేశం. జనాభాలో భారతదేశం కంటే ఒక అయిదారు కోట్లు తక్కువ ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు. కానీ ప్రతి వ్యక్తి దేశం పట్ల బాధ్యతతో దేశం అభివృద్ధి కోసం పనిచేస్తున్నారు. మనదేశంలో కూడా అలాగే దేశం కోసం పనిచేయాలని అటువంటి బాధ్యతాయుతమైన భావనలు తీసుకొని వస్తే మనం కూడా చైనా కంటే ఎక్కువ అభివృద్ధి చూడవచ్చు.  భారతదేశంలో ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ప్రజాస్వామ్య ప్రభుత్వం యొక్క తీరుతెన్నులు మారి ఎన్నుకోబడిన రాజకీయ నాయకులు ప్రజలు అభివృద్ధి కోసం పరితపించాలి.*

*నా భారతదేశం చాలా గొప్పది . భారతదేశానికి ఉన్న సహజ వనరులు, సముద్రం తీరాలు, మానవ సంపత్తి అన్ని కూడా చైనా లాగానే ఉన్నప్పటికీ మనము  అభివృద్ధిలో ఇంకా చాలా సాధించవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది.,*
*15. దొంగతనాలు దోపిడీలు అల్లరిముకలు ఒక మతాన్ని ఇంకొక మతం  విమర్శించడం, చెడుగా చెప్పడం అస్సలు ఉండదు .*
 *16.రాజకీయ ప్రభుత్వ రంగాల్లో ఉన్న అవినీతి పోయి, ప్రజలకు ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ఉచితాలు ఇవ్వడం మానేసి ,ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ కష్టపడి పని చేయాలి, పని చేయకపోతే మనకు విలువ ఉండదు అనేటువంటి భావనలను కల్పించడం అత్యంత ముఖ్యమైన విషయం. ఇది మన భారతదేశానికి చైనా దేశానికి మధ్య ఉన్న ముఖ్యమైన వ్యత్యాసం అని అనిపిస్తుంది.*

*17.ఇది కేవలం 15 రోజుల్లో నాకు కలిగిన, చూసిన అభిప్రాయం మాత్రమే. (నా అభిప్రాయం తప్పు అయి ఉండవచ్చు కూడా)*

మన దేశ అభివృద్ధి ప్రయాణాన్ని చూసినప్పుడు, ప్రారంభ దశల నుంచే కొన్ని వివాదాలు, అవినీతి అంశాలు కూడా కనిపించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఆ అనుభవాల నుంచి దేశం చాలా నేర్చుకుంటూ ముందుకు వచ్చింది అనిపిస్తుంది.

ఇప్పటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ప్రజల్లో నాయకత్వంపై విశ్వాసం, బాధ్యత, దేశ ప్రయోజనాలపై దృష్టి పెరిగినట్లుగా అనిపించడం ఒక సానుకూల మార్పు అని భావిస్తున్నాను.

అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో కేవలం భౌతిక పురోగతి మాత్రమే కాకుండా, దేశభక్తి, బాధ్యత, క్రమశిక్షణ వంటి విలువలు కూడా సమానంగా అవసరం అనిపిస్తుంది. ఈ రెండు మధ్య సమతుల్యత ఉంటేనే స్థిరమైన అభివృద్ధి సాధ్యమవుతుంది.

China was invaded by Japan in 1937 and gained independence from them in 1949 unlike India who had been ruled by British and mughals from hundreds of years prior.

Chinese independence is off course also quite complex as "China had began to cede parts of the country in the 19th century, to European powers through a series of unequal treaties." (wiki)


[20/04, 09:00] Priti Shukla PGI: If we as doctors were in Decades of Mao rule - we perhaps would have been sent to villages into agricultural labour . If we were teachers - students with red book would have been unleashed on us to kill us . Cultural monuments would have been torn down and whole family would have been punished for sin of one person .

I have often wondered - would I have exchanged India's makeshift , slow moving structures and poor economy - for decades of that ?

UDLCO CRH: Human agentic forays into extraction and utilisation of organismal data and it's effect on organ systems and organizational complexity

The following report archives our exploration of Dr. Barry Marshall’s discovery of H. pylori as a User Driven Learning Community Ontology (UDLCO).
